Great value and quality

I take it for my Hashimoto's together with iodine. It doesn't give any immediate effects in my case, but it's important for the immune system and for supporting the thyroid. The pills here are a bit rough and difficult to swallow as they don't seem to have a typical coating, so I have to tilt my head back when drinking them. (They also have a very off-putting sulfurous smell, but that's just how selenium is, I don't mind.) I still like them because it's a good dose and you get enough pills to last 8 months with daily use, so it's not as expensive in the end.
