This product has an ingredients list that should help prostate health. I thought this was going to be a good value purchase because it is a large container, but the dosage is small compared to other products that I needed to take 4 capsules per day. Meaning the container only lasts for 1 month. I still found myself having to go to the bathroom too often, so the benefits of this supplement for me is questionable. I like the capsule form that is very easy to swallow. However, I found that the capsules had a chemical smell that is a bit off-putting, but not a major issue. There are better value products out there with higher concentrations of critical ingredients, so I would not reorder this product again.
