I am taking INFLAMA-CARE with Marshmallow Root and Magnesium. To get the best effect on my health I am taking them at the same time. I would like to add also a Cornelius Mushroom. I have given this product to my dear friend for an inflamed nerve in her face that causes excruciating pains . The strength of the herbs used in this product have proven beneficial in reducing the inflammation resulting in almost no pains at all after one month of using 4 per day. We are very pleased with the results! She does find the tablets a bit hard to swallow but knowing how much its helping she continues to do well there. Not sure if it could be put into a capsule or not?
