I have this during the workout, feels a lot better drinking this than plain water, one scoop makes it too sweet though, I have half a scoop instead. Main reason I took this is because I lose a lot water during workout, don't want to get dehydrated. Apart from electrolytes it also has a boost of essential amino acids, I can't ask for more, thanks.
i use this to support my training and muscle. it's got a great eaa/bcaa profile plus the hydration component. the betaine is low enough i don't get that weird fuzzy feeling. taste is light and pleasant. recommend. I've had some nice lean gains and less sugar cravings. great there's so few calories too for what you're ingesting
