It’s excellent quality and great tasting keto product for my Low carb diet I use it often as an ingredient for desserts as it leaves a pleasant taste on the tongue. It came in a nice sized packet just right for all cake recipes. This is the .sixth time I have bought it.

Now Foods brand Erythritol is the most cost effective among several brands i have used. Expiry date is always minimum 12-24 months out. If you use for baking or to make up icing etc, consider using the "confectioner" version as it is really super finely grounded and dissolves right in with no difficulty. Unlike most zero calorie sugars, erythritol has no bad or synthetic after taste. I've always had problem with stevia because of the weird taste and because it always contained silica. But now I can use this sugar alcohol without needing to worry about any hidden ingredients or artificial flavors. The sugar is in the powder form, which makes it size and composition ideal for making deserts. I don't personally use it in coffee because I prefer to use granulated sugar for beverages. Nonetheless, this is the best keto sugar I've come across.

I love it because it is a very sweet sugar alternative. You only need a small amount. It is more affordable on iHERB. It is a high quality sugar alternative. Can be used in tea and baking. Size is good enough to last a month and the packaging can be resealed.

Great product, tasted like real sugar, no after taste and no calories ! Delicious in drinks and cooks perfect cakes and biscuits, the quality is excellent, I will always buy it. I have used it as in ingredient in canned fruit and it worked perfectly. You can use it to dust cakes and pancakes.

It's a great high quality natural sugar substitute. Absolutely natural ingredients. Good taste. Good for diet. The product is low-calorie and does not affect the glycemic index at all. The naturalness of erythritol is due to the fact that it is a component of many vegetables and fruits. Erythritol is a white powder, odorless.

I bounce back and forth between Xylitol and Erythritol, mostly based on whatever is cheaper at the time. I've repurchased this brand multiple times because it's good stuff--no clumping in the bag, and the crystals are fairly small in size which is nice if you plan to sprinkle it on something like strawberries. (giant crystals feel too crunchy). If you shovel whole spoonfuls in your mouth, I suppose it's possible you could experience a laxative effect, but I havent had any trouble at all. Just be sensible. As for price---if you can get a pound of it for less than about $8, you're getting a decent price.

I have been using this brand of erythritol for a couple of years. For baking, I used to use swerve but it is no longer available on iHerb so I switched to this product. It turns out pretty well! The erythritol is finely powered which is good for baked goods.

It’s just like Confectioner’s sugar in texture, but without the calories. Since it’s sugar alcohol, not a regular sugar, it behaves differently when used in baking. For example, when making a meringue it can never be as stiff and dry as a regular one, but it’s still not bad, considering.

Great quality, natural ingredient, taste is good, use for anything that needs sweetening, package is solid, benefits teeth and body, composition - like sugar, for sugar reduced diet, serving same as sugar, frequency of use - evey day, for any recipe except with yeast. Size - 1 lb. Will order again. Like it a lot.
