Asian girl with a medium complexion. First time using Glutathione. The bottle is sealed very securely. The capsule is quite large but easily swallowed and there is no discomfort afterward. To boost, I also took a 1000 mg capsule of vitamin C with this. Did not see any results in the first month. After using two months, there is actually a whitening effect.
