I ordered the product on the recommendation of a friend. I carefully read what was written on the label. After a few days, you can notice a change for the better. The one thing that is disturbing is the warning for lead inventions according to California laws and the fact that it has not been tested by the FDA. It's a shame.

I add little chia seed with cornflakes or raw oats and soak with milk. They don't have any special taste but can make you feel full.
