It's vegan friendly, so it's safe for me. Many health benefits , to keep up the immune system. Definitely a must for daily intake . It worth the value though more expensive than other brands, but it speaks for the quality and very effective. List of ingredients great. No age info but assuming its for adult (female).
If only this brand change from cheap plastic to glass bottle, it would be perfect as they already done well being a conscious vegan company and without using ingredients like magnesium sterate in their product.
I feel this is a great supplement to support your immune system. I switch between this an another and have had great results with both.

This is an excellent immune system vitamin. All the right stuff - Elderberry, Vitamin C, Zinc, Echinacea. Naturelo prices are decent.
