Does what it says. I've always been underweight my entire life and no matter what I ate I never put on any weight. After having this I gained 9 pounds in two weeks. The only downside is it takes 3 shakers worth for the whole daily dose and it's so thick that you have to spend 5 minutes shaking it to mix it so I use a blender. I usually bought 22 lbs bucket and it worked fine even with less than recommended amount. However, this 7 lbs had a cover that I was personally able to open for the 1st time. And the smell and texture were different than my previous experiences. This was legit and for good value. Will buy again.

Yes its a good whey weight gainer for beginners but bit expensive and I ordered chocolate taste wise ok to drink you have to take 600 g per day it’s very difficult I took 2 spoon per day even that I’ve gained some weight
