I am 40 years old age and use it every day, not sure about the benefit. can use all season. The composition of this cream is as per advertised. Genuine product. My regime is remove make up with a product then wash my face and then use the toner and follow up with vitamin c and then this cream. Voila! The benefits is tremendously visible.
