Love, Love, Love!!!! I have both the capsule and powder form, so when I don't feel like drinking it, I just take the capsules.

I bought it for my son. He has been taking this for couple years. i dont need to worry that he cannot get enough veggies. There are many good sources of vitamins abd mineral.

We are taking this every morning before going to work, this way we never forget. This is a kind of insurance to not miss out on any important nutrients when not eating wide variety of greens/veggies regularly.

I have a very hard time juicing greens and digesting some of them as well. So I tried two different capsule products. Both contained about the same amount of superfoods, fruit and greens. The first gave me GI issues every single time, the biggest one of which is fatigue and inflammation. I tried taking just one capsule - and it still gave me the same side effects. Then I tried this product - almost the same ingredients, even broccoli and kale - which I can’t digest at all - and not only am I able to take the full dose with no issues, I can even take it twice daily when I’m doing a cleanse.
