This was definitely helpful my rheumatoid arthritis throughout the 2 weeks of taking the supplement until I started itching. The itching started on my back and then eventually started? moving all over. Immediately stopped supplement. I'm not usually allergic to mushrooms but because there were so many different type together I may never pinpoint which one I'm allergic to. Although this product did help I did have allergic reaction so be cautious and aware.
