I enjoy using Karbolyn and would regard it to be pretty high quality. Honestly the research shows some good promise and benefit for these unique polysaccharides hydrating the muscle better than an average high carb meal, so I had to give it try. I find this stuff to be quick and efficient when adding to a protein shake or aminos prior to the gym which is nice and it adds no weird after taste, but man, this was also hurting my gut. Now I'd say that might be an internal gut bacteria thing, but curious to see how others find it as well. Personally, I'd recommend sticking with the 1 scoop per workout. It'll last awhile too, as the package comes with a lot!

It's a very fine powder that mixes well even with small amount of water. There's very little or no taste to it. I bought a smaller size to try first, and having been satisfied, bought the larger package size. Price is a bit on the expensive side, but the quality is good in that it doesn't give me any feeling of bloating or full.
