Does help with bloat

Oh gosh, I've tried so many probiotics and diets to fix my gut issues: bloat, constipation, pain, etc. I had spent a fortune on the popular VSL-3 probiotic and it was horrible, and then I tried Align. So far it's been a month, and I have measured across my belly button every day and have lost 2 inches of bloat. I hope it can continue to improve over time, but I plan to keep trying. I did have some days where I had constipation, but were gone by the next day so possibly it's still leveling out.

This is the first time that I have taken this supplement. So far, I have not had any negative responses. I would know immediately if it didn't agree with me. I found it interesting that the blister packet is dated for each day of the week that would be a suggested use date.
