This is by far my favorite whey protein. I especially love the vanilla ice cream flavor because it is light and delicious. I usually buy the 5.5 lbs as this size is more cost-effective. You get about 73 servings, which is fantastic. The 24g of protein you get from this is fantastic, especially for a post-workout. I usually mix one scoop with one cup of milk and half an avocado or a banana. Choosing either makes the taste just amazing. Whether you want to gain muscles or lose weight, I can't recommend this enough. Excellent quality.

The powder dissolves quickly, without clumps. This is the best tasting whey product . It dissolves easily in almond milk and is so good. It gives 24 gms protein which is great . It seems hard to get the recommended dose of daily protein . One scoop of this in almond milk really fills you up in the morning if you dont like ti eat breakfast. This is my second purchase andflavor next

It's my first time trying protein shake products. Honestly I didn't like its flavor at first coz I felt it tastes so artificial and sweet, but I am a sweet tooth so I am used to it taste and I like it more later. Some of my friends do not like it because it's way too sweet. I usually brink it to gym as pre workout drink. It can easily dissolve in cold or room temperature water, however you might need to pour the powder in first before adding water and shake it. Will try other flavours the next time!
