        Suggested use

        As a dietary supplement, take 1 tablet 30 minutes before bedtime with 8 to 12 oz of water or as directed by your healthcare provider.

        Other ingredients

        Microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid, silicon dioxide, and magnesium stearate (vegetable grade). 

        Free of sugar, soy, wheat, egg, artificial colors, flavors, and preservatives.
